Gateway to Universal Love Light Class

In this 7 day class, the student is introduced to and given guidance in the following basic cultivation practices:

Standing Like a Pine -a stillness meditation which trains the "1" -shaped energy

Bowing – a way to integrate the "1" and "0" shaped energies to form a harmonious whole

Healing Hands of Universal Love – a tool for helping others that also trains our "0"-shaped energy

Since this course material needs time to be absorbed and practiced, we recommend that it be taken multiple times.

HoChi Foundation Class

In this 5 day class, the student is introduced to and given guidance in HoChi practice. HoChi practice is a moving meditation which integrates the paternal "1" shaped and the maternal "0" shaped energies in a dynamic manner.

The Gateway to Universal Love Light Class is a pre-requisite to this class. We recommend an established practice in Standing Like a Pine before taking this class. Standing Like a Pine is analogous to building piping channels for ULL to flow in, HoChi practice is analogous to turning the Universal Love Light water tap on. One needs to have well established channels before turning on the water.
